为满足反浮选工艺的给矿条件,进一步提高工艺生产能力,针对磁选系统中再磨细筛筛分效率低、再磨循环量大等问题,介绍了弓长岭矿业公司选厂采用MVS2015电磁高频振网筛进行单机工业试验及二选车间推广应用情况,分析了MVS2015电磁高频振网筛筛分效果及对流程的影响。试验和工业改造结果表明,反浮选给矿浓度由30%~35%提高到40%左右,浮选给矿品位提高1.0~0.5个百分点,再磨机给矿量减少了28.24%,年可增产铁精矿27082t,年可创经济效益280.72万元。  相似文献

针对唐山建龙实业集团总公司桦甸铁矿选矿厂生产中存在的技术问题,经过多次研究论证,确定了14项重点技改项目。应用高新技术成果对碎矿、磨矿、分级、滋选、过滤等传统生产工艺和设备进行了全面改造。实践表明,提高了选矿厂的生产指标和技术水平,铁精矿品位由原64.50%提高到68.30%,尾矿品位由原6.50%降为4.30%,金属回收率由原88.96%提高到92.90%;并增产增效,人均产量和人均效益达到了国内领先水平。  相似文献

本文首次报导了湖北省微细浸染型金矿金的赋存状态。通过研究确定了金属于超显微粒级的不可见金,查明了金的赋存形式多样:毒砂中的金是以类质同象晶格金的形式存在,Au~(1+)替代毒砂中的Fe~(2+);粘土矿物中的金呈小园球状的次显微金和胶体金粒被吸附在水云母、高岭石晶体边缘,自然金粒度为0.02~0.35微米。此成果为研究本矿床成因,矿床综合评价和工业利用提供了可信依据。  相似文献

This study focused on the mechanistic effects of molecular interactions between inorganic particles (kaolinite) and the two main NOM fouling fractions of polysaccharides (alginate) and humics (humic acids) in ultrafiltration. Fouling effects were studied during the dead-end filtration of individual and mixed compounds as well as during the subsequent filtration of individual compounds. SEM analyses were performed to further study the fouling-layer structure. A significant synergistic effect was observed during combined particle-NOM fouling, which was considerably greater than the sum of particle and organic fouling alone. Synergistic fouling could be explained by NOM-particle interactions in the feed solution and during the fouling process. Kaolinite alone formed a fouling layer of particle aggregates, whereas humic acid adsorption onto kaolinite resulted in a fouling layer of stabilized colloids of humic acid and kaolinite. In the case of alginate, simultaneous pore-blocking and cake-layer formation of NOM and kaolinite dominated the fouling. In both cases, incorporation of the organics in the kaolinite fouling layer resulted in a fouling cake of significantly reduced porosity compared to individual particle filtration. Irreversible fouling by NOM could not be prevented by kaolinite. SEM images showed patches of the particle-fouling layer remaining on the membrane surface after backwashing, which can be linked to particle-membrane associations by NOM bridging.  相似文献

研究了无机刚性粒子(超细CaCO3,轻质CaCO3)对PVC/CPE体系加工流变性能的影响,分别探讨了CPE用量、超细CaCO3粒子用量和粒径大小对PVC/CPE共混体的影响。实验表明:超细CaCO3增韧PVC/CPE体系,能有效地改善体系的塑化行为,缩短塑化时间;在保证最佳的综合力学性能的同时,超细CaCO3的加入对加工流变性能影响不大;并且,随其粒径的减小,体系的塑化时间明显减小。  相似文献

Stratum deformation (settlement) is a challenging issue in tunnel engineering, especially when construction of metro tunnels has to undercut high-speed railway. For this purpose, we used the FLAC3D software to analyze the stratum settlement characteristics of high-speed railway at different crossing angles intersected by metro tunnel, in terms of ground settlement trough, stratum slip line and irregularity of ballastless tracks. According to the evolution of the stratum settlement at different angle regions, an optimized angle is proposed for the actual project design. In order to reduce the influence of stratum settlement on the safety of high-speed railway, an approach of safety assessment is proposed for the shield engineering undercutting high-speed railway, as per Chinese specifications using numerical results and on-site conditions. A case study is conducted for the shield tunnel section crossing the Wuhan – Guangzhou High-speed Railway between the Guangzhou North Railway Station and the Huacheng Road Station, which represents the first metro tunnel project passing below a high-speed railway in China. A series of measures is taken to ensure the safe excavation of the shield tunnel and the operation of the high-speed railway. The results can provide a technical support for performing a safety evaluation between high-speed railways and metro tunnels.  相似文献

Recent reports investigate whether windblown desert dust may exacerbate the short-term health effects associated with particulate pollution in urban centers. We have tested this hypothesis by using daily air pollution and mortality data for Athens, Greece during the period 2001-2006.We investigated the effects of exposure to particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter < 0 μg/m3 (PM10) on total and cause specific mortality, during days with and without windblown desert dust, for all ages, stratified by age groups and by sex. We identified 141 dust days between 2001 and 2006. We used Poisson regression models with penalized splines to control for possible confounding by season, meteorology, day of the week and holiday effect.A 10 μg/m3 increase in PM10 was associated with a 0.71% (95% confidence interval (CI): 0.42% to 0.99%) increase in all deaths. The effects for total and cause specific mortality were greater for those ≥ 75 years of age, while for total mortality higher effects were observed among females. The main effect of desert dust days and its interaction with PM10 concentrations were significant in all cases except for respiratory mortality and cardiovascular mortality among those < 75 years. The negative interaction pointed towards lower particle effects on mortality during dust events.We found evidence of modification of the adverse health effects of PM10 on mortality in Athens, Greece with desert dust events: the particle effects were significantly higher during non-desert dust days. Our analyses indicate that traffic related particles, which prevail on non-desert dust days, have more toxic effects than the ones originating from long-range transport, such as Sahara dust.  相似文献
